Ashton Sauls
Watched this kid play in capital city league the other night.. seems like he could end up being pretty decent and he's still in high school (I think it was a DM school but not 100% sure). Kinda reminded me of a Josh Young type player. Just wondering if he was getting recruited by any schools at all and if anyone had any other info on the kid..

He plays(ed) at a smaller school in one of the Carolinas for college ball. Definitely not in high school, but he is a good ball player.

Re: Ashton Sauls
That makes more sense. On the roster they handed out at CCL his high school was still listed as his school so I wasn't sure. Thanks.

He was a really good football player as well. He played in the Shrine Bowl and I know he was being recruited by several mid-major schools, but he opted for basketball.
I graduated from East two years before him, so that's why I know this, FYI.

Re: Ashton Sauls
I was thinking the same thing. He looked old to be in high school and he had a very good game for a high schooler. It all makes sense now........
Another person I thought looked good was that Binnie guy. I googled him and found out he played four years at Dayton and started every game his senior year. Not too shabby.

Re: Ashton Sauls
I would have loved to have Binnie for 4 years at ISU. Sauls, however, is too small. Half his game consists of trying to jump over whoever is between him and the hoop and getting a foul called.
