As for our class, we have one, two, heck maybe three starters in this class. Texas will be alright. The fact we may have 3 starters in our class shows how weak parts of our roster is.
Texas is a program pulling in top 10 classes every year. They aren't necessarily going to have immediate starters (unless they are studs) in each class.
I wouldn't give up on Pittman and Chapman. Don't forget about Wangmene either. Theses guys were good prospects for a reason...

I do not think one does not have to always have an opinion stated when starting a thread. Many times a story speaks for itself. Personally, in some cases, I do not want to sway the initial discussion This may result in a thread collapsing right after the bat, but so be it.
The rule of you must take a stance may apply to some websites, but I do not believe it applies to this website.
For this thread, it appears that McD went juco in hopes of staying competitive with the rest of the league. He better hope that HB is still considering the Clones.
This may be the most competitive the bball in the Big 12 has been for awhile.

Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style. -

This may be the most competitive the bball in the Big 12 has been for awhile. That's what sucks. We've upgraded, but so has the rest of the conference...

Thanks for the link osoprimo. It is nice when someone does the scouting work and shares with someone as lazy and time challenged as i am. -
Re: Slam Online Big 12 Basketball Recruiting
This does make a great point how we are consistently in the bottom half in the Big 12 recruiting battle. Until we win the recruiting war, we will not be top half of the conference.

I'm actually more okay with Oso just posting the link and not saying anything else - I really don't care what his opinion of how great Baylor is going to be this season.

pittman was absolutely dominant in the 2nd part of the big 12 season. the only thing holding him back last year was conditioning. when he was on the court, he was great.
i expect him to have a fantastic senior year.

You brought up a good point, but you can finish in the top half of the conference without have a top half recruiting class. But you can't do it consistently.
We will really need to play well out of conference this season, because even though we may be vastly improved, it is going to be tough to finish in the top half of the conference. I still think we can do that, however.
