Great post! In the future, it would be interesting if you provided your thoughts on this as well. It's not a rule on CF, but it's a common rule on other boards that if you're just going to post a link, that you at least say something about it... Just my opinion.

How many top 100 players are there, it seems like every big 12 team has 3 of them coming in. ( I know there are supposed to be 100 )

Yeah, and a lot of the Big 12 has top 25 recruiting classes (not ISU though)...

For 2009, according to Rivals, you've got Texas (3rd), Kansas (6th), Oklahoma (7th), Oklahoma State (11th), Baylor (19th), Kansas State (20th)... When half the conference is pulling a 20 top recruiting class, you're going to fall behind. Unfortuantley, although things are getting better for ISU, we are still very much behind a majority of the schools in our conference...

I understand that, but at the same time, if people followed that kind of a guideline, you'd have better discussion. It's a lot more common that you probably realize. You don't need to call me a Nazi...

I'm not familiar in any way with that rule but I assume there are lots of rules I'm not aware of on this any other message board. I agree that a comment would lead to more discussion.

I just found your reference to the rule as weird. Not because you are weird (you may be) but because I wasn't familiar with anything of the sort.
