Just an FYI, but the "last 12 games" metric was officially removed as a decision criteria by the ncaa bball committee this year.
And in regards to the schedule, man, its deja vu all over again :)
Last year our first four home games were KU, OU, Mizz, and Neb (one beatable team and the three best teams in the conference).
This year we get CU, the two best teams (KU, TX) and maybe the third best (KSU).
6 of our first 10 games are road games, including two back to back road games. Then, we have a weird stretch of three home games in a row in late Feb, and 4 home games out of five (with our favorite CU road game mixed in).
When you combine our tough OOC schedule with the crazy start to the Big12, we'll know our NCAA chances by Feb 1. Either the easy stretch at the end is really fun......or really meaningless.
But I can't blame the Big12 schedule too much, turns out the software that creates the schedule was developed by an ISU grad!!!! figures.....
