Just got my Ames Park/Rec fall/winter guide in the mail - look who's on the cover!
Looks to me like HB's putting down some local roots for the next few years...

And on a side note - what is holding up the trophies in front of HB? Why would this be photoshopped?

The girl sitting on the slide looks photoshopped, as well. I remember in the old days when people actually posed for pictures.

Nice cover. I zoomed in on the picture and it looks like he's just wearing a white LeBron Trophy t-shirt. I've seen them in black and this version looks identical. I would think if they wanted to have a trophy in the picture it would be in his hand. JMO

I just talked w/somone in the Ames Parks/Rec department - he told me just what you pointed out - the trophies are on HB's shirt.
Nothing in the photo is photoshopped - just a great cover!

Why do I get the feeling that having a recruit's photo on the city's park guide is going to lead to the NCAA finding and enforcing some obscure rule that results in ISU getting penalized?

He's an Ames resident and ISU has nothing to do with it. But I see your point and you very well may be right.
