Ejim's ESPN rating decreased
Our fears that our recruits get dropped in ranking after committing to Iowa State has been confirmed. As it has been posted here before, ESPN had Ejim rated a 93 as late as 8/23, as on this morning 8/24, he had been knocked down to an 86.

Did the same thing happen with Craig?

Re: Ejim's ESPN rating decreased
The fact that he didn't do much in the summer AAU circuit wasn't a factor. "Missouri is free to create an enduring basketball rivalry with Auburn." -
Re: Ejim's ESPN rating decreased
So he's not as good at basketball as we originally thought? Crap.

Re: Ejim's ESPN rating decreased
He is not on Rivals top 150 as well

He WAS rated as #19 Sf by ESPN, but now that rating droped to #50. Also ESPN calls him "one dimensional " and "Mid major prospect" Originally Posted by Cyclonestate78 Interesting. I wonder which dimension he is.

Wow, I am still asleep. I read over the title of this thread and my eyes saw Ejim and deceased. I was about to freak out over our luck once again but its only his rating being decreased.

So how accurate has ESPN been on other ISU signings over the past 3-4 years?

Doesn't matter. No one knows how they will really do until they are here and have played college ball.

Is he as good as a Tasheed Carr?

Also ESPN calls him "one dimensional " and "Mid major prospect" Well, considering he chose Iowa State over Boston College, Providence, George Washington, UNLV and Brown, perhaps that claim isn't so earth-shattering. Yes, BC plays in the ACC and Providence in the Big East, but they are relatively minor compared to the Dukes, UNCs, Syracuses, and UConns of their respective conferences. And while GW and UNLV are teams with deep traditions and the A-10 and MWC are traditionally fairly strong conferences, they are still mid-major conferences. I don't necessarily see why him being labeled a "mid-major prospect" is all that offensive considering the schools that were recruiting him.
