Balcony baseline seats

Anyone know if these seats are any good? I'm talking about sections 201-203, and 241-242. Also, how are the rows in those sections aligned? Is it the first 3 rows then a stairwell, then rows 4-the rest of the rows? Thanks for any information!

i have seats in 202 on the baseline... very very good for $99

The seats go somewhat like this.

This will be our 4th year, going back to the artwork, we have had these 4 seats for the past 3. Pretty much front row, plus a ledge to set drinks/food!

I'm assuming that rows 1-3 in the sections 201-203 and 241-242 are all laid out the same since they are all baseline balcony sections.... do you know how many seats are in the each of first 3 rows? I believe we have tickets in 242 in the 3rd row...... this will be our first year as season ticket holders.....I think we are lucky to have gotten such great seats our first year!

Yeah, they are laid out the same. I'm not 100% sure but I think there are 12 seats in rows 4 and up and 8 in 1 2 and 3
