FWIW. I just heard that Barnes has it narrowed down to ISU and Duke. I think my source is good but who knows?

I heard he narrowed it down to DMACC for a year, then will transfer to Iowa State; he just wasn't ready for the big leagues.

Barnes will make his decision based on who wins between Indian Hills and Marshalltown CC. I beleive he is Indian Hills bound. Just a hunch.

This is what I've been assuming for a while now. He'll probably shock us all and pick Oklahoma or something.......

I haven't heard the latest rumor that Duke is out, but I am more hopeful than I was a couple of weeks ago.

It'll be nice to have this over with next week. It seems like I've spent the last couple of years spending TOO much time thinking about how a 17 year old kid would think and make a decision. I've also spent too much time looking for him at Iowa State games and wondering why or why not he is there.
