Any idea why 4VR4CY is being all cryptic earlier in this thread? What's so top secret about a meeting between HB and some professors/advisors? Standard operating procedure for a recruit that actually cares about school, isn't it?

There are certain things that are okay to go blab about to everyone, but if you're in a closed-door meeting, it's understood that what happens is between the parties. It's a simple gesture of respect for Harrison, as well as the coaching staff.

Agreed, I have gone from no way HB comes here to he might, to I think he might, to it is too good to be true.

Can't believe I am saying this, but i have a really good feeling about the outcome. It would be great and amazing if he comes to ISU. I think our staff and school has done all they can at this point, either way, we will do well in the future, just love where we are going from this point on. HB, this is your place, just think it through, we are what you have been waitiing for, you help ISU become what we will become for the next 10 years.

You are correct about everything in this post except for the part I highlighted. We toured a lot of schools while my son was looking at colleges and I would say most had buildings that equalled this building and some were even a little better.

OK, but you have to agree to the second part of the statement that it is a HUGE improvement over Carver.

Can anyone post a link to a duke message board? For some reason I can't pull it up straight out on my Blackberry, but I can access them through links.

If the decison were made and it wasn't ISU, why would HB take an unofficial visit? It would seem one would lay low.

I have always thought that it was Iowa State and ________. My impression was that Harrison was narrowing the final decision to two, one of which was always Iowa State. I've thought he heard all the "experts" say that these other schools were so much better for him so he looked. I don't know who he has decided to be in the final two with the Cyclones and it is possible that he has not made the final decision but I've always liked our chances especially when he says things like he thinks ISU will be competitive in the Big Twelve this year and he loves the Ames fans.
