Re: New commit for next year
Well, with Ejim getting JVB's scholarship, this is an indication that: a) Brackins is gone, regardless of what happens; and/or B) Gilstrap is a one year only juco.
Would that be correct, Kg???

Would that be correct, Kg??? I think it's been widely stated that they are going to recruit as if both of those things are true (i.e. they are going to sign at least 3, regardless of openings).

Better than Colvin? And by better do you mean all around, or scorer?

Would that be correct, Kg??? Can't draw any conclusions. Barnes, Brackins, and Gilstrap are all unknowns at this point.

Re: New commit for next year
He is a Mcoff guard. I think it's more of an indication of some other players. Not Gilstrap. Someone won't fit in after this year. No inside on who. Just don't count on everyone sticking around. It won't happen.
Nobody but HB knows for sure. You pretty much know nothing....like Knownothing would like to say.

Re: New commit for next year
I hope they have a plan for a post player, because the roster of Dendy, Hamilton and Pomlee is not deep and won't scare many teams.

Would that be correct, Kg??? There was a preview article in the paper that makes it sound like Brackins will leave this year no matter what. So I don't think that we have to worry about his scholarship. If Barnes signs we will be over our limit by 1, but considering that we haven't had a year in probably a decade where a player didn't leave early, I don't think we need to worry too much.

I was 99% sure Brackins was gone...I talked to him, and now I'm 50/50.
