That's inaccurate and not fair or right. Rivals hadn't seen him play since he was a freshmen. Thus his high rating was inflated because he was more skilled as a young kid than others.

Now if you want to say that it shows that we shouldn't offer kids who haven't played high school basketball yet....then I would agree with that
