Let’s start on a chilly day in early October. Two Hall of Fame basketball coaches, Duke’s Mike Krzyzewski and North Carolina’s Roy Williams, were in town. Rumor has it that both sat in the Ames High senior’s living room, trying to persuade him to come to their school.

I heard he swapped his final six schools...they are now Northern Iowa, DMACC, Kirkwood Community College, North Carolina Central, Harvard and a McDonalds hat, he is considering starting a career as a cashier for the almighty fast food chain.
