Twas the night before HB signing

Ok. I was hoping to post this earlier, but I just got home, so be it. I hope this is somewhat enjoyable, and hope even moreso that it ends up being prophetic. Enjoy!

Twas the night before (Harrison Barnes') signing day
and all through the state
it has seemed like forever, but
we'll soon know his fate

With rumors abound
of what tomorrow will bring
There's just six schools left with their
hats in the ring

The Dukies and Tarheels
feel they're in the lead
while jayhawk and Sooner fans
do disagree

Though UCLA offers history
any player would embrace
his hometown Cyclones
are still in the race

What school will he choose
only Harrison knows
at least til tomorrow
when his allegiance will show

So at 3:15 Friday
please don't be late
When Harrison Barnes
signs with Iowa State!

Off the record (And ON, actually), I believe that Harrison signs with ISU tomorrow. People may think I'm crazy. But many thought I was crazy when I predicted Brackins would be playing this season. It's go time, Cyclones!

I usually don't get excited about recruits, because often there are many diamonds in the rough and many duds.

But when you have, my many accords, the top recruit in the nation, hanging out with your team and growing up in your backyard, and considering your team, you can't help but get to feeling like Christmas time, waiting for that moment when you open your present and hope you get what you asked for.
