If you have Mediacom internet, you can stream it to your PC. I hook my laptop up to my TV and it works good.

Yeah I can do that but if its on the Connections channel that's easier

According to this Schedule - Mediacom Connections 22 it seems like it will be shown on connections 22

BUT if you don't have Mediacom no Connections for you. Tried 360 for a football game this year, and I was shocked at how nice it was.
