Respect HB's decision and move on! He's still a part of the Ames community and you can't blame a kid for making a decision based on what HE wants not us! No more talk of not allowing Ames to play in Hilton, etc. He's a 17 year old kid, we should still be proud that a kid from Ames was the number 1 recruit in the country and will be playing for a likely hall of fame coach and a storied program.
Can't blame him for picking the school he wanted to go to...but it's certainly understandable to be a little disappointed in how much he's used our facilities and handled his recruitment the last week.
Look I'm disappointed to but its his life not ours and if you guys are going to let this decision rile you up that much you need to take a step back and realize there are more important things in life to get worked up over.

True, but honestly the kid doesn't intrigue me anymore. I hope he has a great career but I'm sure I will never follow it. I think every time I do see him play I will get sick.
Why dont we just suck Wesley's Johnson at the same time? I congratulate Harrison but I am very disappointed in the way he did this. All the hoopla for what...a trip to the east coast.
