Re: Mac's reaction
Coach GMac has a lot more sense about him than most people here. I'll bet severely disappointed but ready to move onto the 2009-2010 season.

Anything else would be a shame honestly. Coaches know the score. You'll put a lot of time into a lot of recruits, and you're going to lose most of them most likely. So you focus on the ones you do get, and focus on the games you have to play, and then next off season you do it all over again.

What a production. I wonder how long Ol' Roy (dog food) knew he was going to be on TV making a mockery of ISU.

I agree, but this one is a bit different. From what I've heard, it was hard to make sure he was always following the rules regarding recruiting Barnes with Doug being on the same team. Also, Barnes was kind of treated like one of our own, which normally won't happen with players you are recruiting just b/c of distance. And to have him just say nominal things about Iowa STate and have our players and coaches on skype standby is kind of a kick in the junk. Finally, Mac will have to run in to Harrison all winter long at Ames High games and pretend that everything is cool.

I think Roy has to be a little embarrassed by the production as well. Didn't he look like a little puppy (staring up at the camera) waiting for his good boy treat?
