Re: Chicago Tournament

Re: Chicago Tournament
I haven't bought tickets yet, It looks like the only thing through ticketmaster is day passes starting at $60. is this right? is there a cheaper way in if we only want to go to the ISU games??

I'm guessing it won't sell out, so we're probably going to wait for the day of.

Re: Chicago Tournament
i heard that you could get an all day pass for 40 but not 100% on that....my brother goes to college at Northwestern so we plan to watch both games since NW is in the other matchup.

Re: Chicago Tournament
well there's $40 tix ... but $50 after the service charges and convienance charges.
That's crap, who's gonna blow $50 to get 1 game or $80 for 2 on freaking Thanksgiving weekend?
I'm sorry if I'm cheap, but that sounds outrageous for basketball.

I'm sorry if I'm cheap, but that sounds outrageous for basketball. considering I paid $99 +tax for season tickets, yes that's totally bending people over. but hey, it's chicago so what do you expect? I'll probably suck it up and pay it, this team is exciting and I want to see as much of them as I can.

Re: Chicago Tournament
So you suppose they're just not going to sell single game at all? probably less hassle to not clear the gym?
no assigned seating I'm guessing?
-
Re: Chicago Tournament
from what i saw on ticketmaster it is assigned seating, you just get that seat for all the games. I don't see them selling individual game tickets otherwise that place would be empty for half the games.

Big sections of empty seats and randomly spaced fans?

Re: Chicago Tournament
I think they understand that people will move down and fill in the lower seating area. maybe the assigned seat is only for the games that fill the place up a lot, championship game?? I don't know, I think these early season tournaments are dumb anyway but I'm gonna give them my money so I can see the clones.
