Anyother thing on twitter, we're wearing our road uni's tonight because Chicago State doesn't have road uni's yet.

This is one concern I have...seems with the knee you just never know. I think Dendy is a guy that really just needs minutes as well. He didn't play much in JUCO. These games would be great for him in terms of experience.

Exactly. Unbelievable luck; this really stinks.

But, as other posters have said, it could be worse. What if it was CB? Let's just hope we get these injuries out of the way early in the season. Still, after watching the game Friday night Dendy really hustles, runs the court and gets easy buckets that other guys on the team haven't shown the ability to get. It will be tough to replace that.

Let's hope this is only minor.

It sucks, but every team deals with injuries. This sounds pretty minor if it really is only 2 weeks, plus it couldn't be better timing because I don't think we'll miss him for any of these games except maybe the Chicago Tourney, which he might be back for.

Also, there are about 5 guys that it would suck more to go without: Brackins, Gilstrap, Hamilton, Garrett, & Christopherson (these are my opinion).

Dammit!! I've got court seats tonight and was looking forward to seeing what he can do close up. Hopefully its not found to be more serious than just the strain.

It's like we must pay for any bit of good luck that comes our way. We suffer crap for 3 years and then Craig comes back. That's followed by losing the #1 recruit and an injury to a key player. I just wish these guys could catch several breaks in a row.

That sucks!!! To me, two weeks means one month, at least. If he knee get better, it is still going to take some time to get his timing and footwork down again. He will basically miss a month of development at a critical time in his D-1 career. GMac is freaking jinxed.
