    Ejim - highlights

Here are links to a couple of recent Melvin Ejim games at Brewster. Found on YouTube.com

I believe that Ejim is #30 in WHITE. Check out his dunk at the :25 second mark of first video clip!

Ejim has a smooth looking shot. I like what I have seen so far. There are some talented players on that team. I wonder where number 11 is going?

I hadn't read your post before watching the video, but had a funny feeling #5 was going somewhere that he could show boat

Thanks for the info. #10 was a point guard right? Seems like we are crazy about Pguards. That big #12 will be a stud in 2 years.

    Re: Ejim - highlights

Ejim is thicker than I thought, I was expecting a kid that looked like Antwon Oliver when I first heard about him.

I'm thinking Ejim will be a nice addition next year, IMO the same player as HB just not as smooth.

Well then you're expecting way too much. Not saying he won't be good but he probably won't have a huge impact right away as Barnes would.

    Re: Ejim - highlights

I agree. Ejim shoots it better than I thought. Solid mechanics and high level athlete. McDermott's quotes spoke of his progression over the past year. Solid 4 year player for Cyclones. I hope Brewster highlights continue to be added to YouTube. Would have been great to have video highlights when Brackins was up in NH.

    Re: Ejim - highlights

I don't expect anything more than a defensive stopper out of Ejim. I don't think the staff recruited him for his offensive skills, they probably need to develop. This team could really use a shut down defender in the future.

#11 and #5 looked like NBA-All-Stars out there.
