Seriously, though, they had a short stretch where they were hot and it made it a little closer than it could have been.

This team is amazing.

Nice to see us put the hammer back down when they started to come back on the road...Drake has some good talent, I don't think they will be back to doormat status anytime soon. Will be fun to watch them and UNI battle for 2nd best in the state on a yearly basis.

McD finally gets his win against Drake. Kind of hurts to say that, but it's true. Even better that it was on the road!

Props to the Drake fans though. It sounded pretty loud on TV, even when their team was down by 20, it didn't sound like anyone was leaving til the very end.

Great game by Lucca. Only problem is that the rest of the team doesn't always work hard for good shots when Lucca's on fire. That allowed Drake to come back against us last year, but Lucca was too much this year.

Everyone is going to talk about Lucca for obvious reasons, but I think SC was my favorite player to watch out there tonight. He's got a stronger all-around game than what I thought he would. He's going to be a nice player. Shoots well, passes well, finished in the lane, few rebounds, solid on-ball d...just looked really comfortable out there in general.

Well ya, that wasn't exactly my point though. Its the fact that he wanted JVB as our starting SG over Lucca.
