The Big Ten Network is picking up the Northwestern vs. Iowa St./St. Louis game.

They will also broadcast the Northwestern vs. Notre Dame game.

UIC Pavilion and yes you can still get tickets.

I'm not sure about this. Aren't they in sessions like conference and NCAA tournaments?

The only ticket options I've seen are for all day passes or both days.

UIC pavillion is no loger in the "ghetto" (at least mostly). That area is pretty nice now. Duke at the UC at 9pm...that is a little more dicey, but also a lot better than it used to be.
