Yeah I want to see it too, but get the bench some experience and minimize the amount of time for injuries on your stars.
These are tune up games for the team, the coach, and individual players. Going up 20 in the first half allows McD to try some different things in the second half and keep some of the bench players on the floor for longer.
Getting them actual game experience is way more valuable than practice time.
