Because Iowa State/St Louis aren't Big Ten schools?
Re: I saw the Big 10 Network is televising both Northwestern games
They won't show them because we are not in the big 10.
I do find it weird that no one else is going to pick up these games (ISU/STL, ISU/ND or ND/STL), those are actually good games compared to some of the other games that get on. Notre Dame versus a big conference school, I would sit and watch that.
Re: I saw the Big 10 Network is televising both Northwestern games
Would be nice to get tomorrow on TV but I'd rather play ND and see where we stack up against a better team. You'd think that someone would pick up ND vs ISU with Brackins and Harangody going head to head and them being in the Top 25 vs a team that could be getting top 25 votes at some point this season.

Cheer hard for a ND vs ISU championship match up. Ill take wins over playing certain teams.

Without having a network contract to televise the tournament, maybe the tournament opened up individual games for television.
I imagine the Big 10 network chose to buy the rights to the Northwestern games while ESPN Regional/CTN chose not to pony up. It seems like Clonezone probably could have chosen to broadcast the game as well if they were willing to pay the tournament.
I don't know, but just my guess as to how things like this work. CTN/Clonezone may have never got a chance to broadcast.
Anyone else think this tournament is a little shady? I can't find an official website anywhere and the debacle with the Sears Center and moving to UIC. And now with weak TV. I'm surprised they were able to draw the caliber of teams they did. I guess allowing the big name teams the two home games helps.
Re: I saw the Big 10 Network is televising both Northwestern games
I know they are a big 10 team and have a contract with the BTN, BUT..
I am just stating that why does the Big10 have rights to the Northwestern games that are played in this particular Tourney and Why CTN or whoever else didn't have the chance (or maybe they did) to air the game.
Make sure you don't call the charge. But make sure you call the foul on the scrum....
