Re: Best we can do?
The Texas Tech game is very key. If we can get another win on the road, we will have a ton of momentum going into the KU game next Saturday.
Right now Dendy and Ham are playing with more confidence than Brackins. They seem to have better footwork around the basket than Craig. Dare I say that Craig has become our 3rd option when we need an easy basket.

Their increased confidence will pay dividend to Craig's output as the season plays out

Re: Best we can do?
I don't think we can do much more than split it even at 8-8, but that still requires upsetting some teams.

Re: Best we can do?
Well, I think we need to get to 11 wins.
This team, in the last 2 games, has played great basketball for extended periods. If they continue to play that hard, they'll be able to beat anyone. Things I've been overly critical about seem to have vanished. The offense has movement (ball and player), there are people crashing both boards, 3-pointers are taken from inside-out, and there is hustle and heart.
If we could put together 35-40 minutes of that, we'd be tough to beat. And, I think we get our 11 or 12 wins.

Re: Best we can do?
To get better than 8-8 we need the good ISU team show up on Wednesday and the bad OU team show up when we play them.

Re: Best we can do?
Other than the road games at Kansas, Mizzu, and Kansas State, I don't think there is a game that this team shouldn't win.
I also think that they can win at Mizzu, and Kansas State.
It comes back to the same thing, learning to win, toughness, and developing an identity.

Re: Best we can do?
Who knows?!? I could see 5-11 or 11-5.
We've had to overcome two "forces:" can't win on the road, and can't beat ranked teams. We've crossed one of those off the list. Plenty of talented teams in the big12, which means wins will be hard to find..but all those wins will look good.
Considering our killer 5 game start to the big12 schedule, 3-2 or 2-3 would be a pretty decent start.

Don't confuse hope for a plan.
