KU brings in their 3 5* and 5 4* players into Hilton this weekend for a fun match up. I would love nothing more than to see KU lose one to ISU on our court.
I hope this game at least has some entertaining moments... a close game... rather than one of those 20-4 starts to the game.
Sidenote.. I never realized that former ISU recruit Tyrone Appleton that was at KU last year transferred to Southwest Baptist.. a Division II program.
They SHOULD smash us, but weird things sometimes happen on the court.
I don't like to rely on "weirdness" to put us over the top, but to be honest......I'm clutching at straws at this point of the season. Maybe we could let Ceranno sacrifice a chicken in the locker room before tipoff?
I agree I think this is a very important game for us. A win will put us on track. It is time for us to get a win over a good team. Lets get Hilton rocking on Saturday and get our players charged up! Go Clones!

We are not as bad as some on here are acting like. Nor is KU as good. I think we have a punchers chance. Sherron Collins has lit us up every time we have played him. He just kills us. I would rather take our chances with someone else than see him hit 3 after 3 on us.
I think Cole Aldrich can't defend Brackins if Brack plays like he is capable of playing. I am going to take us in this game. I think Hilton is rocking on Saturday. Hopefully Cyclone Alley will just go crazy instead of that jumping up and down yelling OOOOOOOOOOOOOO. The whole time.
Nobody but HB knows for sure. You pretty much know nothing....like Knownothing would like to say.
I have a feeling ISU can hang around in this one but KU has a huge advantage in a close game. A guard that can actually put points on the board in clutch situations, I think Collins will be the difference. To me thats been the achilles heel of MCD's span in Ames, he hasn't a big 12 quality back court yet. In college basketball you're nobody if you don't have consistent guard play.
On a side note, if there is an upset the swing in attitude around the MBB forum will be comical.

Alrich won't be on Brackins, at least for the majority of the time I am betting one of the Morris' will be. This is going to be tough. The team will have to be ready to go and we're gonna need a little luck.
