How do we beat Kansas?

Does Gilstrap and Brackins have to score 60+ points combined? We get Kansas on a off-day and they foul out 4 starters early in the 2nd Half. Hilton Magic resurfaces for the first time in almost 4 years? Coach Self decides to protest Barnes going to North Carolina and refuses to show up in Ames? Please help, we're playing Kansas in one day and I'm looking for ways we win Saturday. I can't stand Kansas! Ugh.

We have to hit a bunch of 3s, and we can't have a 5 minutes scoring drought.

make a fake ames, IA send them the wrong direction so they have to forfiet same thing was done in Blazzing Saddles it seemed to work for them

Don't get pounded on the boards, don't commit a ton of turnovers, hit our layups, a decent % from the free throw line as well as the floor and we are in it. Last year CB was very aggressive with the ball early, their bigs fouled him a lot.

A lot has to go right for us and go wrong for them.

1. Brackins and gilstrap need to show up and play like the pro prospects that they are.
2. A role player needs to step up and hit some big 3's, maybe Scott.
3. Force turnovers
4. Be aggressive offensively forcing KU into foul trouble.
5. A little luck down the stretch doesn't hurt.
6. Feed off the energy from the fans which I hope we can bring.
7. Make the damn free throws.

I can see us hanging around in this game if the things that I mentioned happen.
