Re: Colvin
It's sad that we can't assume players are going to stick around anymore. I love Colvin. He has a chance to be an abolute stud for us.

Re: Colvin
I like CC at the 2 more than the 1. His shooting skills are there, he just needs to fine tune them. He looked real good last night.

I still love the potential of DG, Colvin, Gilstrap, Brackins, Dendy on the floor at the same time when they're all playing at 100% and together.

Easily our most talented guard since Tinsley or Blalock/Stinson. When he allows the game to slow down for him, he's very smooth and makes some great plays at the rim. Improving his long range shot ability really helps too. I agree, he played well last night, with the exception of the turnovers, but he definitely has improved his game, which is encouraging.

Re: Colvin
I wouldn't mind Colvin starting with Diante. That works for me. Scott works well in an extended relief role.
I don't mind Scott starting, either, but none of us have the illusion that we have guards more talented than Colvin. Kid's got a huge upside.

Re: Colvin
Watching that late drive by Diante with the pass out to Colvin for three makes me think those two can have a nice rhythm together. I think Diante's been looking for a running mate like that.

Re: Colvin
Maybe it was just because he had the time but it seemed like his release was really slow when he was shooting those 3s. Otherwise, I agree he looked like he's starting to get comfortable and could be really good.

Re: Colvin
Why does everyone think there's such a big chance of him leaving since that suspension? Nobody thinks he has more respect for McD after being shown he can't walk all over him? I don't think Greg is the only who had is mind messed with on the whole WJ situation.

I think this seems like a good point.
