At the pace UNC is on they may give ISU a run for their money in being the worst team in a BCS conference this year. Now that is funny.

I'm guessing that UNC will be dominating again next season. Can you say the same for ISU's prospects?
I'm not a GM hater, but I do expect progress for nearly $1m dollars a year. The buck stops with the head coach, and that is the reality. That salary is going to get harder and harder to support if you can't entertain the fans that pay the toll.

I'm willing to bet Roy gets his issues fixed before Greg fixes our issues. "We are first and foremost an educational institution that values integrity, honesty and treating others with fairness and respect". -ISU President Gregory Geoffroy; circa May 2003. -

Re: North Carolina and ISU MBB
Problems with the team are easy. PG is the problem UNC doesn't have a good PG and neither do we. If we did, we would win more and players would be happier. They wouldn't transfer because winning solves everything. They wouldn't get frustrated during the game because they would get the ball in a position to score

Re: North Carolina and ISU MBB
the original poster didn't provide much of anything in the way of analysis or opinion.
it was a cool link, but if there is some magic statement there that clarifies the reason for isu's struggles, i'm missing it.

Re: North Carolina and ISU MBB
kg- no problem. I understand the inference, and I want GM to succeed at ISU.
With that said, I'm losing a little hope. I can't speak for other fans, but I fear that is happening to a lot of pretty loyal fans.
I've been to every game this year, and I can't help but feel the program is on the edge of losing a lot of supporters.
