I find this hard to believe since he has been suspended for the rest of the year, do to substance abuse.

Honestly I think May would go to UNI before Iowa State, I was told by a member of the Creekmur family that Iowa started calling again in regards to a Iowa freshman who is thinking of not coming back next year and he plays the same position.

due... but he was suspended for violation of the school's conduct code. He was at a party where there was drugs and he *might* have used but there's no way to prove that.

Lets not jump on anyone too quick... just because nothing ever came of the 'good news' does not mean nothing was going on behind the scenes (that may have fallen through)
