Will JP cut prices of BB Tickets?
So with all the unrest in the fanbase around MBB do you think JP will cut prices to MBB games in an attempt to keep fans coming?

Re: Will JP cut prices of BB Tickets?
Highly unlikely. He's already got a few thousand $99 tickets. Can't get much cheaper than that and still be profitable...

Most of the cost are sunk cost - Hilton, coaches ect... The only variable cost are utilities and maybe a couple I'm not thinking of. Empty seats don't buy drinks, clone cones, popcorn etc...

No...and he shouldn't
Can't beat $99 if you want to play the el cheapo game.

Re: Will JP cut prices of BB Tickets?
Fair question, and it does not relate to the $$99 tickets, it really is a questionof the $300 side balcony and $470 Parquet.
I do not see it decreasing, but there is unrest.

I do not see it decreasing, but there is unrest. Point being if you want the price reduced, buy the $99 tickets. Simple as that.

I do not see it decreasing, but there is unrest. I don't see a lot of people letting those go to be honest. If they do I think there will be people that will snatch them up.
I'm on Twitter too: Tre4ISU
Or so I have read. -

He was planning on it, but he shouldn't raise them now.
I'll take a Jack & Hilton -

Based on the production of Chizik and McDermott, Pollard should pay back part of his salary. In my opinion, Pollard has done a pathetic job as AD. Auburn helped him out in FB by taking Chizik off his hands, but our basketball program is just plain awful and I've followed ISU basketball closely for over 30 years. I'm not impressed with Pollard at all. In my opinion, he clearly wants to put himself out in front of the entire athletic program.

Re: Will JP cut prices of BB Tickets?
A way to get tickets sold for a pledge----
If we do not win 15, give fans a $30 ticket rebate towards the following season?
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style. -

Re: Will JP cut prices of BB Tickets?
I don't think the ticket prices will change at all. The one thing that I think should be done is to put all season ticket holders in the best seats possible. This year I sat in what was apparently the last row of season tickets on the balcony sides. Most every game I have opponent single game ticket holders sitting directly behind me. Nothing is more annoying that someone cheering for the other team, who is kicking your teams *** sitting directly behind you. I would rather have the $99 ticket holders moved into the best seats possible. Let the single game ticket purchasers sit on the corners. That's what I would like to see Pollard do.

And no, BB ticket prices will not be cut. They won't be raised, either.
