BB Scholly's

How many BB scholly's can be handed out in one recruiting season? Is there a limit? Or can you hand out as many as you have open spaces on the squad?

I'm just wondering if McD's player losses will leave basketball in a situation like football was in during the mid 80's and into the 90's.
