Re: John Wilkins coach Q&A
Terry Carroll: "He is a very good student."
Is that right? Because others have said he is barely making grades at Southeastern Community College. Indiana was wary of him for this reason.

When you say "others" I am assuming you are talking about random message board posters? I'll believe the head coach on this one
Maybe he can be on the All Academic team and make you happy Tornado!
Re: John Wilkins coach Q&A
That can't be very good if he is shrinking during the interview. He started the interview 6'9" at the end he was 6'8" does that mean he will be 6'7" when he gets to campus?

Oh yes, if Terry Carroll says he's a "good student," then he certainly must be.

Congratulations. In post 5 of an informational link about the latest recruit, you were able to besmirch the reputation of two separate individuals. That's quite a feat.

Uh, there are lots of people with "problems" with TC. He is not the straightest-shooter out there.

You are right Tornado. It is best if you take the word from some random internet poster rather that the word from his head coach.
You try to find an issue with everything.
What does Carroll gain from saying he is a good student?

And................... what's your point here Tornado, if he's throwing out DI Recruits, i have no problem with em, long as they ain't like OU and giving them cash.
Re: John Wilkins coach Q&A
Like everybody who is 19-years old, he needs to spend a lot of time in the weight room
-TC
Oh great has anyone seen what we look like? We have no one that looks like Aldrich, or Collins on this team. honest question, are we one of the skinniest teams in the Big 12?

I don't really have a problem with the team being skinny. Would it be nice to have some thicker guys? Of course, but just being stronger does not make you a stronger basketball player. Look at Ham, he was clearly physically our biggest player last year, but he certainly didn't play that strong.
A couple more examples: Steph Curry and Kevin Durant are skinnier than most the guys on this team and they are getting it done in the league. (I realize they are special, but just pointing out that strength in basketball can be overrated)
