Someone who can relate to 18 - 23 year olds would be nice. Plus someone who has great recruiting ties.

I honestly don't think we need the help on offense as much as we do defense. I think if the defense can be tightened up, the offense will work.
I want a guy that can find kids that are tough.
It will be interesting to see what kind of assistant we can get with a coach who's future is less then certain.
I'm looking for somebody who is the head coach of a success AAU program with good relationships to other AAU coaches. Who runs Mac Irvin Fire out of Chicago. Go hire that guy. And yes, I'm dead serious.
