Hopefully Railey is good or we sign a PF, but as of now this looks like a possiblity. I see the starters as:
PG - Garrett
SG - Scotty
SG/SF - Boozer
SF/PF - Eijm
C - Dendy
That leaves Pillips, Vanderbeiken, and Oliver to come off the bench. If we can bring in another guard and don't lose anyone else then we should at least be able to field a team without walkons. Unless we get two more bigs...I expect to see a 4 guard lineup(at least part of the time).

Re: I guess I don't see us being as bad as Miller & Deace
Remember last year when Brackins turned down lottery pick money because we had a good team coming back, with one of the best JUCO's in the country and we'd make a run at the NCAA tourney. Then our coaches accomplished absolutely NOTHING, blamed everything on the players they chased, I mean that chose to leave, and once again showed us they could still eeck out 4 conference victories. I'm assuming Pollard is staying with this so-called coach because he thinks we'll actually make the field of 96 next year, but we will just miss it and they'll call that progress. Any way you look at it, we are THAT bad.

If phillips comes in and is only a bench player then we are in trouble, we need him to live up to the hype. he needs to be a starter for us.

I put him where I did because he is a combo guard...I expect him to play a lot.

Small Forward: Ejim, Boozer, Oliver...SC can back this up. 4 deep, "IF" we don't have to slide Ejim to the power forward.
Power Forward: Vanderbeken, Ejim, Dorr....Glaring whole.
Center: Dendy(?), Railey, Dorr...Glaring whole. You have us 4 deep for pg, sg, and sf but only 9 players. I think that is more like 3 deep. The backups for other postions are starters. I can't think that would go great in the long haul of the season.

I don't see it being as bad as Miller & Deace, either - I see it being much, much worse...
Chuck Lidell: I paint my toenails with pink and black polish. Problem is, I get more paint on my toes and on the carpet than on my nails. Any advice? Maria Sharapova: Don't you beat up other guys for a living? I don't know how to answer this. -

I think a great deal of next years' success will hinge on team chemistry and work ethic. KG - how do you see that aspect playing out? -

Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style. -
Re: I guess I don't see us being as bad as Miller & Deace
I want to see the roster and schedule before I make any hard predictions. However I see us winning about 3 conference games at this point finish in last or 11th. Who scores, defends, or rebounds on that roster? Dendy is the only guy who even attempts to rebound on that roster and he wasn't all that great at it.

Appear to get along, but I have no way of knowing for sure.

I disagree. I think to be good DG need to pick up right where he left off. Scotty is at full strength. Boozer/JVB shake the rust off and Booz is ready to be the team spark plug again. Boozers energy can be cantagious.
