How could it seriously happen twice

Chiz and Gmac. Seriously no other coach has been taken like our last 2 coaches. Both with big time losing records. Both feeling heat from a fan base and two schools come in and basically thorw all kinds of money at them to get them to leave. It truely bizzare. Has this ever happened at a different school?

This is different. Chiz wasn't looking at getting run out of town in the next year.

Chizwick left his main assistants behind, high and dry. It was a mutual divorce with irreconciable differences, just like in Hollywood.

You sure about that? As ****** off as fans were that he left, there were a LOT of unhappy fans concerning his performance, and his seat, at the very least, was beginning to get warm. Perhaps his *** is heat-sensitive and realized he had better get out while the getting was good...

Make it 3 with Cael. That one and the Chiz turned out pretty good for ISU in my opinion. It's almost impossible for this one to not turn out better.

This. Chiz was on his last leg at ISU. Yes he only won 5 games in 2 years and that wasn't even what was going to get him canned. It was the total chaos come game time. They couldn't even signal the plays in without screwing it up. That was one of the most incompetent staffs a D-1 football program has ever seen. :confused:

He had bought some time by making moves with his coordinators. As I remember it there was grumbling, but not nearly the level of torches and pitchforks rage that was brewing over McD.

If that is a case i will take a coach like what we got for football.

Chiz and Gmac are two entirely different situations. I can't blame either one for the move they made.

I think that both changes will ultimately help ISU get better so I'm pretty happy about it actually.
