Time to Move on!
Well, I stood by GMac longer than I should have, because he chose to come to ISU and make it work...
Now, it's time to find a coach that wants to be here, which in turn will seen / felt by the players coming in (I Hope).
I'm afraid, unless we keep most of these recuits, it might be a 5-8 win season coming up now, but I have un-wavoring support for ISU.
Come on JP, get us a coach that can:
a. recruit
b. retain talent
c. play an exciting brand of b-ball again.
ISU basketball is at a fork in the road...
a. leads us to a path to success
b. leads us to apathy.

a. have a road map to success
b. have a plan to instill an identity and winning mentality
c. want to be an Iowa State Cyclone
In my mind, those three things are what has made Paul Rhoads such an amazing hire. I really don't care what "brand" of basketball is played, if they win it will be exciting.

Re: Time to Move on!
I'm pretty sure McD wanted to coach at ISU until he retired. The problem is that he didn't live up to his and the fans expectations. Time for both sides to move on.

B. is a huge one... we need an identity desperately with our bball program. Hopefully JP can hit a home run the second time around like he did with football.
