    Per ISU Men's Basketball FB page:

    “This is tremendous news and an absolutely wonderful hire for Iowa State. This is a great thing for Iowa State. Fred was always the coach on the floor when he played for me. Not only is Fred a tremendous young man, he is also a great leader.”

    I always crack up at Johnny's use of the word, "thing." I wish he would have ended that sentence with "man." He is one funny guy, and he's not even trying to be funny.
