With both Dorr and Lee in the NSIC Conference, they will be Fun Team to watch.
Herst and U-Mary exceeded expectations last season especially considering that he (Herbst) was hired so late last summer (June-ish).

U-Mary is a top 6 team in the conference but still isn't and may never be good enough to battle Winona State (Clayton Vette), Augustana, Mankato and Saint Cloud State for the basketball championship.

So what is the deal w/ Oliver? This has been floating around for a while, but no one seems to have any real info.

Gmac made him sick so he won't play basketball anymore. I actually have no idea but if Greg was still the coach I am sure someone would have said that.
Nobody but HB knows for sure. You pretty much know nothing....like Knownothing would like to say.

Dorr is looking hard to take a scholly elsewhere - can't blame the kid. 95% chance he won't be in an ISU uniform next season.

Talked to a couple of people in Norwalk today and Alex signed with U-Mary University the other day. Full ride DII in Bismarck, ND; team mates with Cameron Lee. Congrats to Alex if this is true, look for him to do very well at that level.

Sometimes when you dont play you realise how bad you want to play. It wasnt going to happen at ISU and he was made aware of that. Good for him on finding a place he will be able to make a difference at.

If you knew Dorr; it had nothing to do with playing time; it was one word TEAM. Hopefully Ia State gets THAT back.
