A great man and I appreciate that more the longer time goes on.
NP. He is a special guy.

The first time I met him, I had just happened to see him in Hilton, so I walked up and introduced myself to him. I told him what I did there......and he said "You and I need to talk". lol All it was about was he wanted to know what kind of concessions stuff we sold at Hilton (I have no idea why) and what the atmosphere was like. He asked me about stuff like where the students sat, where the season ticket holders sat, how easy was it for people to get access to the floor......stuff like that. I think he just wanted to get a feel for the place. Throughout the conversation, he kept calling me "coach". Threw me off at first, but then when I went back to my office, I felt pretty special that he had called me that. I told one of my fellow staff members there that Orr had called me "coach" and he laughed and explained that Orr seemed to call everybody that. At least it made me feel special for a little while.

I went to the Johnny Orr roast at Glen Oaks. Probably the funniest roast I have ever seen. Bobby Knight and a whole crap load of other great coaches were there. Knight is funny as hell.
Nobody but HB knows for sure. You pretty much know nothing....like Knownothing would like to say.
