Tanner Williams?
CIMD or anybody else know anything about this kid? Plays for Martin Bros 16U. I just watched him at tourney in Ankeny and was very impressed. He's about 6'5" and very athletic. Attacks the rim, handles the ball well in traffic, is strong in the lane, and very explosive. I didn't see im shoot much from outside so don't know about his range but think he is definitely worth a look by our coaching staff

Re: Tanner Williams?
Exremely strong and powerful for 10th grader. He plays outside Quad Cities at Orion, Ill. Very hard worker, and explosive. He is a shut down defender. Working hard at outside shot. Has brother who is 6 8'. Hes not done growing.

Re: Tanner Williams?
I read a little on him after I posted this and saw he got 3rd place at a slam dunk contest in IL last year. He's a stud a freak athlete. Almost reminds me of a Shane Power or Adam Haluska type but w/more explosiveness & agression goiing to the rim.

Now that MBB is back, do we still have to pretend that WBB matters?

Tanner continues to impress. I wouldn't be surprised if ISU offers him. BuckeyeGrove.com - Summer Jam: Day One -
Re: Tanner Williams?
He's really, really athletic. I think he is going to be a kid that gets a lot of high major looks, and possibly offers.

Re: Tanner Williams?
I presume he is white since he has "surprising athleticism" according to the write-up.

The one constant through all the years, Ray, has been baseball. America has rolled by like an army of steamrollers. It has been erased like a blackboard, rebuilt and erased again. But baseball has marked the time. This field, this game: it's a part of our past, Ray. It reminds of us of all that once was good and it could be again. Oh... people will come Ray. People will most definitely come. -

I will add that he is a hustle type guy as well and good team mate and locker room guy.
Nobody but HB knows for sure. You pretty much know nothing....like Knownothing would like to say.
