Dudes got an impressive offer list...yet we seem to always melt down more when they are in-state recruits. We lose guys like this often...and hey we get guys like this often. But just because he's an Iowa guy I'm not gonna lose sleep over him one way or another.

I would imagine that he's been looking primarily for guards right now. That does look like a need we have coming up.

But his family lives close by. His last comments were that would be a plus so his mom can come see him play if he chose Iowa.

I would think so. I haven't watched him, but that's what I'm guessing from reading that list (which makes the first time I've looked at that list.)

Probably we are in the mix with some really good east coast kids that stand out against great competition. The odds of turning out a Kyle Korver or Jared Homan are slim.

Is there any evidence that Hoiberg has cooled on Uthoff? I certainly haven't heard anything close to this. Everything points to Fred still wanting to sign the kid very badly.

He runs the floor pretty well. I think he is a lot better in the open court than in a half court game. He has pretty descent skills.
