Timeline for Calvin Godfrey announcement

I'm hearing that Iowa State is expecting the NCAA to rule on Calvin Godfrey's eligibility any day now. I'll be surprised if we don't know something by the end of the week.

No. Godfrey. Fanatics have been hashing this out on the board for some time Chuck. This is a little bit like Rony Nelson's situation I'm being told.

BTW - We are still a long time away from knowing anything about Royce White IMO.

Godfrey has a been a big academic question mark from the start... i thought this was common knowledge...

Could we redshirt Godfrey if his grades don't hold up or is this a situation that he would have to go to a Juco?

CW not to derail but have been out of touch lately too and saw in another thread that Rony Nelson isn't even on the roster anymore. Did he not pass his summer classes and not even in school right now?

It should. Not a lot of differences. While there are some subtle ones it is pretty similar.

That's what I was wondering. It would seem like a real low blow to make him leave school since he obviously passed the requirements to be admitted to ISU.
