    The Blind Side

    Watched it for the first time the other night with my wife. The one thing I kept thinking was every coach in that movie is no longer with the school they were representing

    Lou Holtz- South Carolina
    Houston Nut - Arkansas
    Nick Saben- LSU
    Clemsons Coach-
    Phil Fulmer- Tennessee

    Just thought it was kind of weird. Dan Mac did not recruit him did he?
    Nobody but HB knows for sure. You pretty much know nothing....like Knownothing would like to say.

    Read the book sometime, movie's good, but the book was awesome. Had McCarney even inquired about him to Freeze (Oher's HS coach), Freeze would have told him don't waste your time because you have no chance with him. Freeze flat out told Pinkel the same thing. Not that anybody really had a chance at Oher - he admitted that September of his senior year he knew he was going to Ole Miss and from then on he was just enjoying playing the "recruiting game".
    Chuck Lidell: I paint my toenails with pink and black polish. Problem is, I get more paint on my toes and on the carpet than on my nails. Any advice?
    Maria Sharapova: Don't you beat up other guys for a living? I don't know how to answer this.

    No, and from what I can remember, neither did Holtz. I think that was added more for face recognition in the movie. IRRC, NC State actually got a visit from him, not the Gamecocks. He was the number 5 OL recuit in the counrty, right between Dace Richardson (4) and Dan Doering (6).

    By the way, I believe Clemson's coach was one of the Bowdens.
