I don't get it. The board want the athletics departments
to be void of state dollars but want to say how much a school
can pay thier coaches. Can't have it both ways.

This obviously came about because ISU is paying their football coach way too much money.

Heck, why do the Regents have the ONLY say in how the state colleges work. I believe they now provide less than 50% of the revenue. So, they are the minority stockholder. The students, parents and (**shutter**) corporations should have more say in how the colleges are run...
