    Hail in Independence last night

    Anybody get stuck in the hail storm in Independence last night after the game? My family and I went to BW3's after the game to watch the Nebraska game and all of a sudden we heard, what sounded like, balloons popping. It was about 5 minutes into the storm that everybody realized that it was hail falling. Needless to say, the hail was so big that it was breaking windows and I wouldn't be surprised if our vehicle is totaled due to the hail.

    It sucked!

    One piece hit my hood so hard it actually took the paint clean off. I can see bare metal now where the paint used to be!

    We were at our hotel near wof about 10 when hail started to get bad there, golf ball sized hail and then the power went out.
