    I heard that people back there are upset because they wanted the death penalty. Sorry, but that's just stupid.

    This guy will be going away for a long, long time. I believe this is his 2nd or 3rd DUI and now tack on 4 counts of vehicular homicide, it is not looking good for him.

    Do these people realize that the state doesn't flip-flop on capital punishment on a case-by-case basis?

    We can only hope. This is usually the kind of case where the guilty party is released after a few years because of "good behavior".
