    Can you use Whey protein powder that is just a little bit expired? Like 2 months.

    I've done it before. It might have lost some of its effects, but not a big deal.
    Now, if its hard and crusty, then I probably wouldn't use it. If it's still in its powder form, go ahead.

    Yes...That **** has a long shelf life, is it open or not? If its open already, I would say you have about 2-3 months, if its sealed you can wait awhile. This is what they told me when I worked a GNC in high school.
