We tried the Belkin Tunecast and returned it. Then bought the Belkin TuneBase II and still use it in our vehicles that don't have audio plugs. The reviews at Best Buy are mixed. I admit it works better in rural areas, rather than cities. We have driven to the southern tip Texas with it and it's hit 'n miss. From here to Dallas will be decent.
"It's a jungle out there kiddies. Have a very fruitful day.
I have found it to work quite well. Overpowers radio stations (I try to find a blank frequency to start, but sometimes drive to an area where that frequency is used).
Works well with my Ipod Nano and Ishuffle (older gen - not latest).
"Wanting it doesn't make it so. If it did, we'd all learn to want harder. I can already want quite vigorously, thank you very much." - Walter Slovotsky
I didn't have an auxiliary input so this one created one for me. The radio works the same as before but now I have 2 FM bands, an AM band and an aux band. I had to have a friend help me wire in the power but other than that it works well.
