The motor on the inducer fan is getting pretty noisy, pretty sure there is a bearing going out or something because it acts like it is out of balance and just moving it some with your hand quiets it up if you have it at the right angle. Already had a guy come out and re-seat it once but it has gotten worse since so the motor is likely going out.
Who in the Des Moine area would you recommend for repair that won't rip you off and is reliable? I hate calling service people out since it always seems over-priced for the work they do but I also don't want to try messing with this myself either as the last thing I want is a furnace that doesn't work. Not going with the Golden Rule this time, had them out once for something and they are a big rip off IMO.

Well this is basically what I am looking for, some kind of testimonial. Things that suck about Des Moines are finding good electricians, plumbers, and people to work on your heating and cooling that not only show up when they say they will but don't rip you off too. Finally got the 1st two of those 3 down after a bunch of trial and error but up until now never really had a problem with the heat or air until now and I've had a bad track record when I called the first reasonable ad I saw.
