Nice. Bimbo just layed off a bunch of front-office staff at a bakery they bought in Fort Worth, and moved the jobs back to Mexico. I suppose a comment about NAFTA would get this moved to the cave...

I can certainly see Bimbo trimming the fat and getting rid of the upper managemnet portion of the bread division. I know a lot of Sara Lee route men in the Des Moines area, and they always comment on how many vice presidents, regional presidents, and area managers they have. Might be part of the reason they can't compete, too many people wanting to make too many decisions.
